Responsible for driving individuals or delivering content to and from specific points Perform emergency/priority requests and any other client requests requiring transportation Load and unload vehicles as required and verify accuracy of deliveries and pick-ups Observe traffic and parking regulations and makes daily inspection of assigned vehicle to insure proper maintenance and cleaning is performed Observe company safety and security procedures Prepare and process all paperwork necessary to accomplish the above processes Additional responsibilities include driving for senior corporate executives such as vice president and lead country manager Demonstrate adequate physical capabilities involving specialized driving techniques including the ability to maneuver the vehicle in the case of an emergency Assist in overseeing pool vehicles & maintenance & repair health Maintain /update record keeping for field / office vehicles for past due PM's, telematics, windshield repairs, fuel cards, safety inspections, and other items as needed Maintain /oversee oil changes, maintenance, and washes for pool vehicles and other assigned / departmental vehicles as needed. Coordinate & schedule vehicle repair schedules for field offices Assist in coordinating 'Traka' system faults / repairs Vehicle walk arounds of pool vehicles to ensure safe vehicle operation order Maintain / coordinate telematics device replacement Coordinate vehicle movement & pickup from dealerships & field sites. Receive and inspect vehicles for remarketing or incoming new vehicles Update excel spreadsheet as needed Other driving duties as assigned Qualifications
Fluency in English communication, possess advanced knowledge of transportation route and direction Possess ability to perform basic maintenance of vehicle Excellent customer service skills Strong driving record Demonstrate a high-level of professionalism, discretion, punctuality and able to work under pressure High School diploma or GED required The Bergaila Way: The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry.
