As our Regional Distribution / MRO Sales, youll own your territory developing new business, growing existing accounts and driving opportunities in industries such as automation, robotics, and machine building. Youll spend most of your time in the field meeting customers, understanding their needs, and delivering innovative solutions that improve performance. If youre a self-starter who enjoys consultative selling and thrives in a technical, fast-paced environment, this role is for you./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliDevelop and manage relationships with new and existing accounts through regular field visits./liliIdentify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and uncover new market opportunities./liliMaintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and activities in CRM (Salesforce)./liliPlan and execute efficient travel schedules to maximize customer face time./liliConduct on-site visits for product presentations, sales calls, and troubleshooting./liliIdentify and convert competitor customers to BRECOflex solutions./liliCollaborate with internal teams to resolve order or product issues./liliAttend trade shows and industry events to promote products and network with potential customers./liliPrepare and submit weekly itineraries, call reports, and expense reports in a timely manner./liliPresent annual territory forecasts and strategic sales plans./li/ulpMust-Have Qualifications/pulliValid drivers license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel 50% + overnight./liliMinimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in industrial, MRO, or distribution channels (experience with automation, robotics, or motion control products a plus)./liliExperience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite./liliAbility to develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships./liliExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to discuss technical information confidently./liliStrong organizational skills and self-discipline to manage a home office and field-based schedule./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliUndergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering./liliExperience in Outside Sales./liliExperience selling through distribution and OEM channels./liliFamiliarity with mechanical power transmission and motion control products./liliKnowledge of manufacturing processes and industry terminology./li/ulpWork Environment/pulliHome office based position with extensive field travel./liliRegular visits to customer offices and manufacturing facilities./liliAbility to stand, walk, and inspect equipment or materials as needed for demonstrations and presentations of the companys products./li/ulpCompensation and Benefits/pulli$75,000-$100,000 (Base + Commission) based on experience/liliFREE Medical Coverage for employees/liliDental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance/liliFlexible Spending
