divh2Administrative Staff Analyst - 10026/h2pOpen to candidates who are permanent in the civil service title of Administrative Staff Analyst, or the comparable civil service titles of Health Services Manager, Administrative Director of Social Services, Administrative Consultant (Early Childhood Education), Administrative Procurement Analyst or Administrative Contract Specialist. In order to widen the recruitment net, this vacancy is also open to permanent DOHMH employees in the civil service title of Administrative Manager-Level 2 due to the active promotional list. The Early Intervention Program (EIP) is a comprehensive interagency program that supports infants and children with developmental delays in their efforts to realize their full potential. It reduces the likelihood of delays among at-risk children, assists and empowers families to meet their childs and their own needs, and entitles children, regardless of race, ethnicity or income to services through the program. EIP is legally mandated under Title II-A, 2552, of Article 25 of the NYS PHL to ensure that eligible children receive therapeutic services as soon as possible.
