This includes physical buildings, grounds, and critical systems such as mechanical, electrical, and HVAC. As a management position, the role is responsible for assisting with budget management, capital projects, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation to maintain the propertys high standards of safety, comfort, and guest satisfaction. Skills:/h3ulliBachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in hotels or resorts/liliPlumbing License, Certified Pool

Spa (CPO) License, Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) Certification/liliMinimum of 2 years managing multiple technical teams on engineering projects/liliAt least 1 year of senior management experience/liliProficiency in engineering design and project management/li/ulh3Desired Qualifications
