records patients motor function, strength, and muscle performance/liliMonitor patient response to treatment intervention and modify treatment approach and directive as clinically appropriate with IDT collaboration./liliProvide clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers./liliEnsure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely and complies with all company and state/federal regulatory requirements./liliAttend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliActive/Valid Texas license as Physical Therapy Assistant/liliIn good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards/liliSNF/Long term care experience preferred./liliCurrent knowledge of treatment practices/liliKnowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred./liliAbility to manage patients with different types of personalities./li/ulpCareer Advantages:/pulliIn-house Rehab (non-contracted)!/liliNew Grads welcome to apply!/liliCompetitive Compensation
