PCG offers clients a multidisciplinary approach to meet challenges, pursue opportunities, and serve constituents across the public sector./ppPCG is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead technical oversight on a public sector state government modernization project while continuing to support building the team and portfolio of projects in our Technology Consulting Practice Area. This Senior consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for providing expert advice, assistance, and guidance to support a major ERP Migration project and ensure all project requirements are met. The Sr. Consultant will lead the work with the support of the project team to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IVV) services to the ERP migration project. Direct responsibility for the system and stage gate level assessment deliverables and work products produced along with the team. These deliverables and work products will be completed in accordance with our practice areas overall strategy, approach, and methodology. The consultant ensures all assessments and deliverables are high-quality and comprehensive, providing meaningful insights into the ERP Migration project in all dimensions. The consultant must be in SC, GA, or NC./ppBroad experience in selected industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, education, etc.), technical competencies (e.g., technical writing, cloud/SaaS services, industry-leading ERP software products), and management approaches (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) are required./ppProject Delivery /pulliProactively solve complex client problems from pursuit through execution using a consultative mindset./liliAnticipate issues and blockers proactively./liliIdentify and surface patterns to peers and leadership about the root causes of problems./liliAssimilate research and complex data to objectively inform recommendations./liliAs necessary, lead or participate in project delivery activities, including analysis, deliverable creation, and communicating project performance and progress./liliManage project teams focused on architecture, software design, development, configuration, testing, implementation, and project assurance/oversight./liliApply your financial acumen to make business recommendations that improve the success of your projects./li/ulpBusiness Development /pulliSupport proposal responses for RFPs, including participating in the response writing./liliUnderstand our competitors and develop strategies to differentiate our approach against them in the marketplace./liliGain a deep understanding of most products and services within the practice and help drive the strategy for aligning them with the market./liliEffectively review RFPs, champion bid decisions on opportunities, and influence the decisions./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliThe consultant must be in SC, GA, or NC./liliExperience with either the implementation of a large-scale cloud-based ERP system or Experience with technical project management of a cloud-based ERP system (preferably an SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA RISE Migration)/liliQuality Assurance or Independent Verification and Validation (IVV) experience with large HR/Financial system implementation projects/liliMust be based in one of the following locations (North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia)/lili5+ years of relevant experience providing a combination of the following services: Implementation, IVV, project management, quality assurance (QA), and other project oversight services for State governments, preferably in programs related to Enterprise HR/Financial Systems, Health/Human Services, Government Operations, Education, Finance, Systems Integration, Corrections, and similar systems./liliExcellent writing skills and ability to make presentations to various audiences./liliAbility to work effectively with various stakeholders./liliExperience working with systems in large-scale integrated/modular environments./liliAbility to interact with all levels of personnel, from technical to executive management, and influence stakeholders to get things done./liliExceptional communication skills./liliMust be a self-starter, enthusiastic, and have political savvy to accomplish objectives while maintaining a likable presence./liliBachelors Degree from an accredited University./liliAbility to travel 25% regionally and, in some cases, across the country, approximately twice a year./liliAlso serves as a Subject Matter Expert on S/4HANA RISE migration./li/ulpPreferred Technical Skills/pulli5+ years of experience in the following/liliTechnical Expertise: Deep knowledge of various SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BW, FICO, MM, SD) and their integration./liliSAP Architecture: Strong understanding of SAP architecture frameworks, methodologies, system landscapes, and data modeling concepts./liliCloud Solutions: Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP RISE Platform, SAP Business Technology Platform) and cloud migration strategies./liliIntegration: Proficiency in SAP integration tools and techniques, including APIs, middleware solutions (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI), and cloud connectors./liliDatabases: Solid knowledge of database technologies, particularly SAP HANA and SQL./liliProgramming: Proficiency in ABAP, Fiori, Java, or other relevant programming languages for custom development and enhancements./li/ulpThis position is hybrid with travel/onsite requirements. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
