maintenance, program governance and documentation and all aspects of DR testing inclusive of scheduling, planning, execution and posttest activities. This leadership role ensures continuity and resilience of critical systems and data in the event of disruptions or disasters. This role will collaborate and partner with various IT and business teams to develop disaster recovery strategies, test and validate DR plans, define efficient processes and ensure the effective recovery of IT services./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliDevelop, implement and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans for critical IT systems and infrastructure./liliEnsure ITDR strategies are aligned with business continuity and risk management objectives./liliCoordinate and oversee the DR test lifecycle including scheduling, planning, facilitation/execution, DR education and reinforcement of best practices, and posttest activities./liliWork closely with IT, security and business teams to ensure that DR strategies are integrated into the overall IT and BC strategy./liliProvide training and awareness programs on DR protocols to IT staff and key stakeholders./liliContinuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of DR plans and processes./liliPrepare reporting for senior leaders on DR initiatives and status, risks and ongoing improvements./liliPartner with other DR leaders to ensure the management system and other tooling is effectively enabling DR strategy and program maturity./liliProvide regular feedback on the effectiveness of DR solutions and strategies to ensure they are meeting organizational needs./liliServe as an SME in a disaster event or system failure, providing guidance on recovery activities and resource allocation./liliLead post incident reviews to identify lessons learned and recommend corrective actions./li/ulpA proactive, results oriented leader with strong focus on continuous improvement. Ability to stay calm and lead effectively under pressure. Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach to solving complex problems. Strong relational and communication skills, able to influence and partner with associates, leaders and executives./ppRequired Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field./liliMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, business continuity, or disaster recovery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role./liliMust be passionate about contributing to a team that is transforming DR and maturing best practices and an organization focused on continuous improvement./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliMasters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., DRII, CBCP, or similar) is preferred./liliCertified Information Systems Security Professional [CISSP], etc.) are a plus./li/ulpWork-At-Home Requirements:/pulliMust have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $142,300 - $195,700 per year/ppThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
