divh2Staff Photographer/h2pWe are seeking a Staff Photographer who will be responsible for photographing products, styled editorials, and producing high quality and consistently beautiful images. The Staff Photographer must have proven experience with digital photography, studio lighting and conceptual editorial imagery. The ideal candidate will also possess an aptitude and attitude well-suited for collaboration and team-work. The Staff Photographer will work successfully with our Creative Team and Content Manager to coordinate and execute shoots that best represent our brand and meet Notres visual standards./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliPhotographing styled editorial shoots/liliPhotographing interviews and events/liliCreating conceptual photo shoot plans in collaboration with the Creative Team and Content Manager/liliPhotographing still life and on figure following set guidelines and standards/liliSet preparation, including appropriate lighting, prior to shoot/liliEnsuring that all products are lit correctly/liliProducing high quality images; ensuring exposure and color consistency/liliPerforming quality assurance on all images/liliCropping and processing of all images/liliNaming and maintaining digital asset files/liliAccurately archiving images/liliMeeting daily and weekly production deadlines/liliMaintaining general appearance of studio, proper storage of photo equipment and set painting./liliAssembling/disassembling backgrounds, sets, and photographic equipment to include lifting, carrying heavy and/or awkward equipment/materials/li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications:/h3ulliProven experience in editorial photography/liliProven experience in ECommerce photography, digital cameras, and lighting/liliHigh technical proficiency in photo editing programs/liliAbility to work well with a team/liliAbility to meet deadlines and make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced studio environment with a high daily shot count/liliFlexibility to adjust to changing priorities/liliPositive attitude, proactive and able to take initiative/liliDetail-oriented and creative/liliPortfolio demonstrating work (must be submitted with resume in order to be considered for position)/li/ul/div
