divh2Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapy Assistant/h2pWe are looking for a PTA to join our in-house team of outstanding professionals that service our residents through person-centered care to achieve positive outcomes!/ph3Physical Therapy Assistant Responsibilities:/h3olliAdministering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing./liliProvides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist/liliResponds to requests for service by relaying information and referrals to Physical Therapist/liliImplements and modifies the patients physical therapy plan of treatment with PT supervision./liliMeasures
