divh2Teller (Client Services Representative), McKinley Avenue Banking Center, Mishawaka, IN/h2pProvides individualized client service while handling daily transactions, addressing inquiries, and problem resolution, in accordance with Bank policies and procedures./ppEssential Requirements:/pulliProcesses financial transactions for clients accurately and efficiently./liliIdentifies client needs uncovered during business interactions and/or conversations, promotes products and services and refers clients to the appropriate bank colleague if needed./liliBuilds client loyalty; establishes client relationships, including addressing each client by name./liliConsistently delivers exceptional customer service to each and every client./liliFollows established Bank policies, procedures and guidelines./liliParticipates in retail sales programs to help meet personal and banking center goals./liliActively participates in team meetings and participates in community projects and appropriate educational programs related to the position./liliBalances cash drawer and assists banking center team in operational duties (i.e.., balancing the ATM, vault and end of day work)./liliRegular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position./liliResponsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position./liliMust understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements./li/ulpNon-Essential Functions:/pulliPerforms all other duties as assigned./li/ulpExperience/Skills:/pulliOne (1) or more years of customer or retail service experience preferred./liliCash handling experience preferred./liliAbility to respond and assist clients with inquiries and/or problem resolution./liliCustomer service and sales oriented./liliCareful attention to detail and time management./liliGood listening and verbal and communication skills./liliGood PC skills - ability to work in Windows based system essential./liliAbility to cross-sell bank products and services./liliAbility to work evenings and weekends based on banking center needs./liliAbility to communicate in another language is a plus./liliGood organizational skills./liliAbility to work in a team atmosphere./liliAbility to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others as appropriate, as well as of company documents and records./liliAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment./li/ulpEducation:/pulliHigh School Diploma/GED required./li/ulpTravel Requirements:/pulliAbility to travel to all locations as needed for meetings, projects, training, seminars, etc./li/ulpPhysical Demands:/pulliThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
