Hospice compare scores./liliTaking a lead role in collaboratively setting and achieving annual quality targets for agency and MBO./liliManaging all financial operations, revenue and expense to ensure the agency meets or exceeds annual budget. Engaging staff to ensure transparency./liliBuilding working relations within community health facilities./liliAttracting and retaining high quality staff who will contribute to the sustained success of the agency/MBO./liliSetting clear performance expectations with associated celebration and regards; building a high performance team with a focus on excellence and achievement orientation; recognizing individual achievement throughout the performance period./liliInterpreting operational indicators to detect census changes and increases or decreases in volume, which could impact staffing levels, revenues or expenses./liliResponsible for orientation of new agency personnel, either directly or by delegating to another staff member./li/ulpJob Requirements:/pullistrongRequired:/strong Graduate from an accredited school of nursing as a Registered Nurse or degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
