Role We have an outstanding opportunity for you to join our Operations team as a full‑time Customer Service Representative. The representative works with clients based on geographical area, ensuring profitable business growth across our diverse product and solution offerings in all current and future markets.
Responsibilities
Provide competent Minco product and service solutions to a wide variety of clients; meet or exceed all company profit and growth expectations.
Maintain pricing and profit integrity on all client programs and projects.
Demonstrate sound business acumen and implement solutions with a profit‑mindful approach.
Ensure complete compliance of all client purchases and/or purchase orders with company policies, procedures, and programs.
Timely, professionally, and profitably solve any client inquiries and challenges.
Implement, monitor, and communicate all client projects, programs, and orders to successful and timely completion.
Proactively address opportunities and challenges by implementing actionable solutions, ensuring company profit, revenue, and growth objectives are met or exceeded.
Perform other duties as identified.

Qualifications
A minimum of three (3) years in a similar role at a business‑to‑business manufacturing company with diverse product and service solutions.
High School Diploma, GED, associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Business Management, Marketing, or Liberal Arts.
This position requires the use of hardware and software subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the ITAR definition.
Work Environment
General office environment.
Domestic and/or international travel may be twenty percent or more, as needed.
