Field Service Representative – Inizio Engage
Inizio Engage is building a nationwide team of Field Service Representatives. This is an excellent entry‑level role in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. The team will be dedicated to providing services to Inizio’s client.

What will you be doing?
Support ongoing brand initiatives including transition from retail to specialty pharmacy partners, broadening brand awareness by fulfilling basic office needs that reinforce product presence within healthcare settings.
Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) by probing, answering questions (e.g., drug‑to‑drug interaction management, identifying supply sources, determining high‑risk eligibility for treatment).
Maintain expert understanding of the product, patient education, consumer education, and market dynamics, and use only approved promotional materials.
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of related disease state and market dynamics; quality programs, health information technology, care trends, and other account‑specific considerations to provide meaningful dialogue.
Implement strategic call plans to exceed goals for assigned geographies.
Analyze customer interactions and data to tailor a unique sales approach for each target office.
Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize local opportunities and develop strategy for targeted accounts.
Guide the retail pharmacy customer interface to support sales efforts.
Employ pre‑call planning, opening, presentation focus, productive questioning, issue identification, and call summaries.
Customize sales messages to align with known customer needs.
Share information on approved support resources.
Complete call reporting and inventory recording following procedures (based on scope of SOW).
Balance study and certification time to learn medical, product and policy information and maintain supplies, equipment, and records.
Prepare for and participate in required sales conferences and training at local or remote locations.
Complete all required compliance training within set timelines.
What do you need for this position?
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience such as: Pharmaceutical Sales Experience, Medical/Medical Device Sales Experience, Professional Sales or Promotional Activity, Small Business Owner or other Entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service or Account Management; Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT); Educator (Teacher, Principal); Full Time Military experience.
Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
Willingness to travel.
Valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record.
