Phone/Skype Role Description: Function as Test Lead and suggest best practices for Salesforce.com/Web application testing processes. Understand Salesforce application requirements and record test case scenarios. Make test plans and test strategies. Implement test processes in agile methodology. Test web-based applications. Report testing status to customers. Manage multiple applications and coordinate with the offshore testing team. Perform regression testing. Maintain test case documents and defect tracking. Test in UAT, ST, Pre-Production/ProdQA, and production environments. Required Skills: 5+ years of testing experience. Web-based application testing. Mobile testing and accessibility testing (preferable). Experience making test plans and test strategies. Executing testing processes for agile projects. Experience with agile methodology and the ability to handle multiple projects. Experience testing web services and mobile frameworks (Hybrid Ionic Framework). Effective written and verbal communication skills with good analytical skills and onsite-offshore model working experience. Additional Information
