Clinical Leadership Administrative Duties Care Coordination Education and Training Community Engagement Required Skills and Qualifications
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (preferably with DNP) or Physician Assistant (preferrably with DMSc) in Massachusetts Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting Strong understanding of community health principles and population health management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in electronic health record systems and data analysis Commitment to evidence-based practice and quality improvement Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing healthcare landscapes Cultural competence and experience working with diverse patient populations Board certification in family practice or primary care (preferred) Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are highly desirable Gretchen Sheppard ~ US HealthCare Careers ~ gretchen@ushealthcarecareers.biz ~ 408-686-9450
