Connect with potential customers and recommend State Farm products that meet their needs. Consultative Selling
Talk with customers and discuss the best solutions Customer Relationships
Build lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any concerns they may have. Team Collaboration
Work closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the success of the agency. QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
