Meeting Preparation Enter and update seasonal design and artwork files; maintain organized storage of design materials, fabric and trim strike-offs, reference samples, and physical prototypes. Support preparation for key meetings, including organization and prep of design samples, strike-offs, line sheets, reports, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting room setup. Coordinate and collect supporting documentation ahead of design reviews and cross‑functional product meetings; assist with detailed note‑taking during design and product development discussions. Assist Designer in trend, market, and consumer research, including reviewing runway trends, style blogs/magazines, aspirational brands, and online influencers relevant to the product category. Data Management & Organization

Create and review a wide variety of documents including design presentations, line plans, and tracking tools; proof, edit, and transcribe as needed. Perform administrative support including email coordination, PLM data entry for styles, materials, and artwork, file management, and general organization support. Support the design request and sample tracking process, ensuring visibility into design milestones. Own entry and maintenance of design and artwork data in PLM and related systems. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Design, Product Management, Technical Design) to ensure product development timelines are met; proactively communicate risks or delays. Design & Artwork Support Coordinate design and artwork materials for milestone meetings and seasonal reviews. Support Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and tech pack updates, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Assist in maintaining the integrity of design intent, materials, and construction details, ensuring all claims and specifications are verified. QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's Degree (Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textiles, or related field preferred) Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with apparel CAD tools preferred Experience updating tech packs, line sheets, or design pitch materials in Adobe Illustrator, preferred Familiarity with a PLM system, preferred Microsoft PowerPoint required Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, apparel product development environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated passion for apparel design, fashion trends, materials, and consumer behavior Strong sense of accountability and work ethic #LI-KB1 VIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS
