Job Summary : The Therapy Program Director (PD) is responsible for clinical assessments, program development, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary environment across campus locations, home health, and outpatient care. Adheres to licensure requirements, company policies, professional standards, and ethical practices. Contributes to program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement. Licenses and Certifications : Must hold and maintain a current, valid state licensure in the respective discipline. CPR certification preferred. Qualifications : -

Education : Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. -

Experience : Minimum 1 year experience in delivering skilled rehab services. Roles and Responsibilities : Design and implement therapy programs and protocols aligned with the facility’s mission, goals, and standards of care. Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality patient care. Monitor and evaluate therapy program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices. Oversee resource management, including staffing, equipment, and budget. Organize ongoing training and professional development for therapy staff. Analyze data and outcomes to identify improvement areas and implement strategies. Meet discipline-specific requirements to deliver skilled rehab services within scope of credentials and/or license. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements : Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
