Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Health Services department to ensure efficient operations and optimal resource utilization. Drive strategic planning and execution to enhance departmental performance and member outcomes. Collaborate with providers, members, and stakeholders to coordinate care and ensure the highest standards of service. Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Active, valid Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience . At least 8 years in Utilization Management and/or Case Management . Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience . Deep understanding of utilization review, medical terminology, levels of care, treatment modalities, healthcare statutes, and delivery models. Proven experience working with Medicare populations . Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. High proficiency in data analysis and healthcare analytics. Why Leon Health?
