TITLE: Technical Solution Consultant (DevOps)
LOCATION: Germany
CONTRACT: Full time, permanent
Our client is a Series A funded Start-Up offering a
cloud-based development and deployment platform
that simplifies the process of
building, deploying, and scaling applications . Their product transforms deployment into a developer-centric self-service experience, reducing time-to-market and costs. It eliminates the wall by enabling developers to manage their own infrastructure needs. Anything can be deployed from simple front ends to multi service production landscapes and LLMs. The job contains both social and technical aspects. You will help hands-on in the technical realization of the customers' projects on the platform. In addition, you will teach and learn from customers in interviews and workshops. MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Pre-Sales & Consulting : Present the product from a technical perspective, give demos of the product, answer technical questions in sales calls, internally (e.g., to create proposals), capture clients' architecture, and suggest a solution to integrate their product optimally. Teach how to use the platform. Technical : Integrate the product into the customer’s CI-landscape with support from the team, realize the installation of their product with support from the team, tweak configuration files, set up VPN connections, write small scripts to automate work and fix small bugs, and stay abreast of cloud technologies—from bare metal and VMs to containers, orchestration, and application layers—to effectively position our solutions. REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in German. Good English write & speech Very good communication skills Experience in sales, IT consulting, or customer success/support Confidence to present their platform and technical principles behind it to key decision makers (CTOs, DevOps Engineers, or similar) Understand DevOps-Principles and how they can be realized in their platform Basic Linux knowledge (administration using Bash or similar) Basic CI-System knowledge (Jenkins, Buildbot, or similar) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
