The Senior Valuation Analyst role offers exposure to fund leadership, cutting-edge investment strategies, and opportunities to grow professionally while contributing to operational excellence. Responsibilities Prepare and document quarterly valuations for portfolio companies Review valuation assumptions, market inputs, and provide reports to auditors and leadership Support quarterly closes, financial statements, and partners' statements Manage capital calls, distributions, management fees, and cash forecasting Mentor fund accountants and coordinate with auditors and LPs Assist with tax schedules, investor communications, and due diligence requests Maintain valuation models, NAV packages, and financial documentation Support compliance, audits, and operational projects For fastest consideration, reach out to Michelle Espejo via email or LinkedIn. 3–6+ years in valuation, VC, PE, or transaction advisory Strong knowledge of ASC 820 and fair value methodologies Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience with fund accounting and venture capital structures preferred Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail Interested or even just curious?
