Daily Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of concrete foundation projects Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Supervise and train construction crew members Maintain a safe work environment Required Skills: Experience in concrete waterproofing and general concrete construction Knowledge of civil construction and reinforced concrete Experience with structural steel foundations and exterior paving Nice to Have Skills: Concrete design experience Knowledge in construction management Understanding of structural design and concrete hardscapes Technical Skills: Can operate a Total Station Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $63,000.00 Maximum Salary: $73,000.00 Health Insurance Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) Vacation Leave Opportunity for growth within the company Company Information: Heiman Construction, Inc. specializes in poured concrete foundation and structure contracting, serving the Warsaw, Indiana area.
