Job Overview We are looking for a Customer Service Representative and are hoping to find someone with agronomic or horticultural experience. As part of this sales and service job, you will assist walk-in customers, receive showroom inventory, merchandise products, and learn a great deal about our products.
Responsibilities
Conduct front counter and telephone sales while providing excellent customer service.
Assist in inventory control of showroom inventory.
Stock and merchandise shelves with products.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom and perform general housekeeping functions, including the cleaning of floors, shelves, windows, and doors.
Confer with new and established customer base; promote and take customer orders.
Assist outside sales personnel to enhance communication with customer base.
Contact customers in response to inquiries and notify them of promotional sales.
Support the overall business success and needs of our customers.
Perform a variety of light office work.

Requirements To apply for this position, you must have a high school diploma (or GED). Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Bilingual is preferred and experience with AS400 would be a plus.
