Job Description Duration: 6 Months+ (Contract To Hire)
Position Responsibilities
Clinical position involving contacting patients via telephone to obtain information on current status, medications, and dietary restrictions.
Updating patient records and maintaining spreadsheets.
Reporting patient statuses to supervising RN.
Reporting directly to the PASS Administrative Supervisor.
Data entry of patient information in dedicated software.
Reporting patient enrollment status to supervising Nurse Specialist.
Sending out program overview mailers to new enrollees.
Faxing as directed.
Performing other projects as required and assigned by the PASS Administrative Supervisor.
Education Required High school diploma.
Experience Minimum one-year customer service or HUC related experience.

Qualifications Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication and documentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
Basic typing skills (minimum 35 words per minute).
Proper grammar and spelling are essential.
