Shift:
3rd shift, with work every other weekend.
Responsibilities
Assist in all aspects of facility operations under professional supervision of the ICF Director.
Train and supervise staff, including selection, performance evaluations, and discipline.
Gather baseline data and conduct assessments.
Develop, implement, and monitor individual training programs.
Create and monitor work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage at all times.
Serve as liaison with other agencies.
Order and maintain food and facility supplies.
Participate in activities of daily living as scheduled for individuals.
Function without direct oversight in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Requirements
M1: Bachelor's Degree in a human services field OR Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 15 credit hours of human services coursework OR Registered Nurse with a valid RN license in Virginia OR High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and ability to demonstrate required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
M2: Valid driver's license.
M3: One year of documented experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities.
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug‑free workplace.
Compensation Annual Salary Range:
$40,711 - $71,245
Shift Differential:
$3.00 for 3rd shift
Increase:
3% increase for Certified Nursing Assistant
