Takes ownership of the Wireless/Wireline portfolio. Provides directions, develops strategies and plans for the products within the portfolio. Defines and updates standard product specifications and service levels based on market trends and customer needs. Ensures profitability of the assigned portfolio by optimizing product costs where necessary. Manages the product lifecycle, identifies, assesses, and prioritizes opportunities to define a product roadmap. Consolidates demand forecasts within the portfolio and assesses the business viability for infrastructure development to support demand. Leads the extended product team (project delivery and support teams) to deliver product specifications and experiences. Ensures all relevant documentation for the products is provided, including vendor contracts, product decks, FAQs, billing info, customer journey, and training materials. Provides input to segment and trade marketing for go-to-market strategies and materials, including client pitch decks and training resources. Requirements Preferably with experience in IT or the Telco industry. Preferably with a background in Marketing. Understanding of basic to advanced principles of P&L, Product Management, Marketing, Brand Management, and Project Management.
