We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our campus dining team. This Customer Service Representative would work at the dining/retail office. This is an opportunity to join a great team with an amazing culture. Join a dedicated university services team as you oversee daily front counter operations and provide exceptional support to students, faculty, and staff. The position is a Monday through Friday day position, 40 hours a week, typically 8am to 4:30pm. Customer Service Representative Benefits & Compensation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Generous paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career development and internal advancement Inclusive and supportive workplace culture Customer Service Representative Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or front desk operations Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to supervise and train staff, ensuring compliance with established procedures Availability to work some overtime as needed during peak periods Customer Service Representative Preferred Background & Skills Experience working in a university or higher education setting Familiarity with ID card management systems or campus access procedures Proficiency with record-keeping and administrative software Customer Service Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities Process account requests, photo submissions, meal plan changes, and balance daily transactions Provide outstanding customer service to all students, staff, and visitors Sell plans and accounts, actively participating in marketing and promotional efforts Services plan participants, reconcile all transactions, and enforce policies and procedures Manage inventory and supply levels, oversee paperwork scanning, and coordinate card mailings Liaise with departments for card production, billing, and access requests Oversee front counter operations in the absence of the Manager, including during after-hours as needed
