Become a key part of our creative and strategic Marketing & Communications team, working closely together to promote our brand and achieve excellence in marketing and communications.

Responsibilities

Maintain schedules and calendars; organize meetings, events, and departmental activities, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and developing PowerPoint presentations.

Perform technical and administrative tasks such as tracking data, disseminating emails and reports, updating the intranet and website, managing online reviews, and building online surveys.

Support print production and oversee distribution of materials across our clinics.

Provide general clerical and project‑based support, including expense tracking.

Serve as backup support to other positions as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of four (4) years of work experience, preferably in a Marketing or Communications office.

Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field preferred. Relevant professional experience may be substituted.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills – especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong ability to quickly learn, adopt, and integrate new systems and technologies.

Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in all work.

Strong interest in Marketing & Communications and supporting creative, strategic initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.

Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with peers, physicians, and other team members.

A commitment to patient‑focused care, privacy, and safety.

Salary Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $24.95 – $33.75 per hour.

Workdays and Hours This role is primarily remote, with required onsite meetings each month at our Central Administration Office in Northeast Portland, plus occasional on‑site presence as needed. Hybrid/Remote work is available once training is completed and expectations are met. Must live in Portland or Southwest Washington. Typical hours are Monday‑Friday, 36 hours per week, within business hours 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
