Customer Support Representative
in Dulles, Virginia. The
Customer Support Representative
is responsible for telephone product sales and support to prospects and helps grow the parts, service, and machine/rental business with assigned accounts. The role involves collaborating with other sales team members to develop and deliver solutions to customers. Seeking candidates with: Minimum two years of experience in the heavy equipment industry, preferably with a service background Demonstrated success in a sales environment College degree in a related field (preferred) Requirements include: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent sales and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to perform well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software such as Salesforce Ability to travel and work hours as required by the job and customer demand Promote a positive customer experience Uphold the Core Values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, and Teamwork by embracing The Carter Way Physical requirements include the ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, lift and carry items up to 20 pounds, and specific vision abilities such as close and distance vision and focus adjustment.
