Guardian Title Agency Colorado invites applications for the Escrow Officer Representative role located in Colorado Springs, CO. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth real‑estate closings by linking processes to people.
What you’ll do You will serve as the key link between our processes and the parties involved. Your responsibilities span from reviewing contracts at the beginning of a transaction, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently through the middle phases, to final approval before funds and property change hands.

Multi‑tasker, highly organized, capable of handling many contracts simultaneously under deadline pressure.
Your Responsibilities
Jack – or Jill – of all trades: Master the intricacies of each contract from start to finish, ensuring timely, efficient, error‑free closing.
Devoted to detail: Verify all paperwork is complete, enabling escrow to close on time and correctly.
Following the money: Work with lenders and underwriters to ensure all financial details are correctly finalized.
Relationship building: Establish and maintain relationships with essential industry players – agents, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, and government agencies – to manage transactions smoothly.
Business builder: Reach out to new agents, earn their confidence, and create opportunities to market our business; retain agents by providing white‑glove service.
Talent builder: Train escrow assistants, delegate, audit work, answer questions, and give direction.
Sealing the deal: Be present at closing and create a positive, memorable experience for agents and buyers.
Qualifications What you must have:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; continuing education courses as required.
Experience: Two to three years of escrow experience, both front‑and‑back end.
Certification: Notary public and escrow officer licenses.
Industry awareness: Technical knowledge of closing processes.
Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Communications skills: Strong written and verbal abilities to keep all parties up to date and resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications
One year of escrow closing experience.
An existing client base that would transition to our company.
