The Center, a non denominational Christian community dedicated to nurturing spiritual growth, fellowship, and service, is seeking a new Pastoral Director to provide visionary spiritual leadership for its programs, worship, and community life.
Founded in 1932, The Center has been a place of welcome, work, healing, and enrichment, rooted in Christian values, care for creation, and service to others. The Pastoral Director will shepherd the spiritual heart of the organization, providing pastoral care, leading worship, and guiding programs that help individuals and families engage deeply with God, community, and creation.
The Center welcomes applicants from diverse Christian backgrounds who are committed to progressive, inclusive ministry and relational leadership. The ideal candidate will be an ordained minister with experience in pastoral care, worship leadership, and community engagement, and who values guiding others to encounter God through creation and the natural world.
