Scope
Lead psychiatric programming, strategic planning, and service integration across divisions while ensuring compliance with state regulations
Oversee a small team of psychiatrists and APRNs; provide consultation on complex cases and crisis services
Manage psychiatric operations, staffing, budgets, and clinical protocols
Represent the agency in state, healthcare system, and community partnerships to enhance psychiatric services and outcomes.
Benefits
Fixed salary up to $300,000

Qualifications
BE/BC Psychiatrist; or DNP with extensive behavioral health experience
