Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Boiler Sales Technician to support residential and light‑commercial boiler replacement and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate has direct boiler sales experience, but we are also open to strong sales professionals with plumbing, HVAC, or related equipment sales backgrounds. This role focuses on evaluating customer needs, recommending the right boiler solutions, and guiding homeowners through the replacement process with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities:
Conduct in‑home or on‑site assessments to evaluate boiler condition, system needs, and replacement options.
Present clear, professional proposals and explain system benefits, efficiency improvements, and long‑term value.
Recommend appropriate boiler systems, accessories, and upgrades based on customer needs and code requirements.
Build trust with customers through education, transparency, and strong communication.
Collaborate with installation teams to ensure accurate job details, smooth handoffs, and high‑quality project execution.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of boiler technology, efficiency standards, and product lines.
Track sales activity, follow up with customers, and maintain accurate documentation.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in boiler sales
preferred , OR strong sales experience in plumbing or related mechanical equipment.
Understanding of hydronic heating systems, boiler components, and efficiency ratings.
Ability to perform system evaluations and communicate technical information in a customer‑friendly way.
Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of closing in‑home or technical sales.
Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer‑service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
