Role Description:
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Associate Campus Director / Health Services Administrator in Owasso, OK. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting high‑quality care and services. Responsibilities include collaborating with staff to enhance community programs, managing budgets, engaging with residents and their families, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve service delivery. The role requires a proactive and compassionate leader dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
General Responsibilities Leadership & Operations
Direct and coordinate daily operations of the Health Center, Assisted Living Center, and Memory Support Neighborhood.
Ensure residents and skilled guests receive high‑quality care and services consistent with BVC standards.
Meet regularly with team leaders to plan, coordinate, and evaluate day‑to‑day programming and services.
Foster positive team morale, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
Policy, Compliance & Quality Assurance
Interpret, implement, and ensure compliance with BVC policies, procedures, and workflows.
Review and evaluate policies, procedures, and operational practices through periodic and special studies.
Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies and professional associations.
Coordinate licensing, survey preparation, and follow‑up activities.
Develop and oversee data collection methods; interpret and communicate performance metrics and outcomes.
Human Resources & Team Development
Supervise the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
Ensure compliance with personnel policies and continuing education requirements.
Maintain and update position descriptions as needed.
Support professional development and leadership growth within the team.
Coordinate budgetary and financial functions in collaboration with campus leadership.
Authorize purchases of supplies and equipment as needed.
Oversee general and preventative maintenance programs to preserve campus facilities, equipment, and fixtures.
Community & Donor Engagement
Build and maintain cooperative relationships with other BVC campuses to share best practices.
Work with church leaders, local businesses, and community partners to promote understanding, goodwill, and cooperation.
Participate in donor cultivation and engagement efforts as appropriate.
Resident & Family Experience
Address and resolve concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction among residents, skilled guests, and family members.
Promote a welcoming, supportive, and mission‑driven environment.
Additional Duties
Perform other duties as assigned to support quality services and the overall mission of Baptist Village Communities.
General Qualifications
Must be a licensed nursing home administrator.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the capability of relating to various people and personalities. Considerable initiative, judgment, and leadership skills are also required.
Must demonstrate the ability to hire, direct, and manage personnel.
Must possess strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Physical Working Requirements
Exposed to body fluids, infection, odors, and behavior of residents.
Exposed to chemical/cleaning solutions.
Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to meet the position requirements.
Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, lift or move up to 25 pounds at a time, turn and walk. Occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
