Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls and emails related to product inquiries, pricing, and availability
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the company’s computer system
Follow up on orders to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Perform outbound cold calls during downtime to support sales efforts and generate new business opportunities.
Provide professional, prompt, and friendly customer support in a B2B environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B customer service, sales support, or office administration, including order entry and follow-up.
Willingness and ability to make cold calls during slower periods.
Polished professional presentation with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Quick learner with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
