We’re hiring a Director of Nursing (RN) – a compassionate and strategic clinical leader who ensures excellence in care delivery and supports a thriving team environment. This role blends clinical expertise, leadership, and empathy to elevate the quality of life for our residents.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as the clinical liaison between residents, families, nursing staff, physicians, and administrators
Evaluate nurse performance and implement best practices to uphold care standards
Develop short- and long-term goals for staffing, procedures, and clinical operations
Ensure the Resident Care Director effectively manages scheduling, onboarding, and training
Monitor departmental expenses and maintain budgetary oversight
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
Proven leadership experience in a senior care or long-term care setting
Strong supervisory skills including coaching, team development, and conflict resolution
Passion for working with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other memory impairments
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
Willingness to work outside regular hours based on business needs
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences
Must be comfortable working with animals and pets
Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
