Onboarding & Lifecycle: Oversee the effective execution of the entire employee lifecycle within the business unit, driving manager accountability for employee engagement, retention, and timely offboarding.

Policy & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures are clearly communicated and consistently applied across your assigned business unit, maintaining compliance with all local and federal labor regulations.

HR Data & Analytics: Leverage HR data and key metrics (attrition, engagement, retention) to provide insights to managers, helping them make informed, data‑driven decisions about their teams.

Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the smooth, end‑to‑end employee lifecycle for the business unit, spanning from new hire onboarding and orientation to managing offboarding and exit processes.
