The Program Director is a full-time position supporting the Victory Project's mission to empower youth to discover the life God intended by mastering self‑awareness, self‑sufficiency, and selfless service. The Program Director will actively participate in each student's life by inserting themselves in all aspects of their growth and development.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for providing a safe and consistent environment where students can thrive.

Develop, manage, and coordinate daily programming and course curriculum, which is age‑appropriate and engaging.

Recruit and retain students while ensuring accountability to their membership agreements in an empathetic manner.

Maintain records of students' success in education, entrepreneurship, and enlightenment.

Proactively track student's academic progress through regular communication with schools, teachers, counselors, and parents.

Proactively communicate with parents and guardians regarding student participation, schooling, social, mental, and spiritual development.

Engage with volunteers and actively communicate the organization's opportunities, schedules, and needs.

Assist in preparing students for all developmental stages, including educational and social milestones.

Provide transportation as needed.

Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

Degree in social services, business, or biblical studies is preferred, but optional.

Work experience that qualifies for VP includes sales, prior military service, teaching, pastoral, retail, and law enforcement.

Experience working with youth is preferred, but optional.

Licensure and Certification:

Valid Ohio driver's license

Working Conditions:

Typical work hours are Monday - Friday, 12pm - 8pm

Up to five overnights a year

General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods

Visits in the community, including residences and schools, are required

Must be able to pass a background check, be insurable to drive, and pass drug testing

Pay and Benefits:

~$47k annually, plus benefits (hourly position)

Adjusted work week – reduced hours most Fridays throughout the school year and an occasional Friday off (per workload)

Performance Bonus: up to 15% of base pay

Community Support Potential: up to $15,000

Health stipend: $300 monthly

Clothing stipend: $300 annually

Staff Assistance Fund: Up to $1,000

Average Total Annual Benefit: $63,000

Paid Time Off: 17 days
