Customer Account Specialist

Now hiring for a full-time, on-site Customer Account Specialist at our Champaign, IL manufacturing facility. Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. What you'll do: Manage the daily information flow with your own customer base of Fortune 500 food manufacturers. Process orders and help through the supply chain from our warehouse to order fulfillment. Work with your account managers to collect, evaluate, and report sales-related data. Monitor customer accounts and help our accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure payments are up to date. You'll love it here if you: Are energetic. Like to engage with customers. Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in customer account management. Excellent communication skill, both verbally and in writing.
