We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience applying high-quality window film to vehicles and takes pride in delivering clean, precise, and long-lasting results. This role requires craftsmanship, patience, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Install automotive window tint films according to project requirements. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, inspecting, and ensuring glass is free of debris or imperfections. Cut, shrink, and apply film using proper tools and techniques to achieve a flawless finish. Remove old tint and adhesive when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, tools, and equipment. Communicate clearly with customers and team members about timelines, film options, and aftercare instructions. Ensure all installations meet quality standards with no bubbles, creases, contamination, or light gaps. Stay updated on new tint technologies, film types, and installation methods. Qualifications
Proven experience as a window tinter. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Ability to work with heat guns, cutting tools, squeegees, and precision equipment. Experience with PPF, vinyl wraps, or ceramic coatings. Knowledge of different film brands and their characteristics. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license. Ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs as needed.
