Qualifications The VIP Services Representative, reporting to the VIP Service Supervisor, ensures top-tier, personalized service for valued guests throughout their entire experience from pre-arrival to post-visit follow-up. They deliver concierge level hospitality, build strong guest relationships, and work closely with various departments to create seamless, memorable stays while safeguarding guest confidentiality.
High School Diploma or GED required. A minimum of 2 years of direct guest service experience in hospitality or casino environment. Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to gaming license requirements. Bilingual abilities a plus. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred. Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.
