Responsibilities
Handle cash register operations swiftly and accurately at night.
Assist nocturnal customers with menu selections and answer any queries.
Process orders accurately and promptly, maintaining the rhythm of the night.
Create coffee and other beverages with care and warmth.
Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area.
Collaborate with overnight team members, fostering a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
Embrace guidance and direction to excel in your role.
Consistently arrive on time, ready to contribute to the overnight shift.
Prioritize customer experience, ensuring every late‑night guest has a pleasant visit.
Address and resolve customer issues with efficiency and a positive demeanor.
Adhere to Dunkin' Donuts’ brand standards and operational policies.
Promote and upsell items to maximize profitability.
Follow procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and security.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Fluent in English with effective communication skills.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
Age requirement: at least 18 years old.
Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Tech‑savvy, comfortable with basic computer operations and POS systems.
Clear background: pass pre‑employment drug test and criminal background check.
No previous experience required—just a willingness to embrace the nocturnal work lifestyle.
