Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, processing orders, and conducting follow‑ups with clients.
Support the Accounting Department with entry accounting tasks and required documentation.
Issue and deliver accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Perform other general office duties as assigned to support overall business operations.
Job Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and in QuickBooks.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and technologies efficiently.
