What You’ll Do
Represent a network of dealerships across national and global markets through web chat, email, and other digital communication channels.
Convert in-market vehicle sales and service inquiries into qualified dealership leads while meeting department KPIs and goals.
Serve as a trusted expert on product lines, promotions, and dealership operations.
Answer product questions, address financial concerns, schedule appointments, and resolve customer issues with empathy and ownership.
Deliver tailored solutions that enhance the customer’s buying experience and strengthen long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultative assistance via web chat software throughout the vehicle purchase process.
Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency.
Act as a goodwill ambassador by treating every customer with courtesy and professionalism.
Promote sales and lead generation by enthusiastically sharing product features, benefits, incentives, and promotions.
Build rapport with customers, dealers, and team members to foster trust and collaboration.
Accurately document customer interactions and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Participate in ongoing training to maintain technical knowledge and exceed performance standards.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in a customer service-related role.
Strong written communication skills; journalism or creative writing experience is a plus.
Proficiency in computer navigation and typing.
Excellent reading comprehension and attention to detail.
A positive, self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Work Schedule
Must be willing to work all three shifts and weekends.
Closed on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
