As a Senior Associate for the Israel Fellows Program, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting 105 Israel Fellows across college campuses in North America. Your responsibilities will span from managing logistics and budgets to supporting the integration of Fellows into local communities. You’ll be key to ensuring they have the resources they need to thrive and that their experiences are seamless, impactful, and enriching. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone.What You’ll Do:Manage and Support 105 Israel Fellows: Provide direct operational support, coordinate logistics, and assist Fellows with housing, travel, and integration into their new environments.Coordinate with Key Partners: Act as the central point of contact between the program, the Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI), and local teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.Oversee Travel & Conference Logistics: Handle travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodations for Fellows, and coordinate logistics for 1-3 key conferences each year.Provide Operational and Administrative Support: Utilize tools like Bill.com, Monday.com, and CRM systems to manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure smooth program operations.Enhance Onboarding & Support Systems: Assist new Fellows with securing housing, transportation, and other resources they need for a successful transition (e.g., furniture, apartment setups).Improve Program Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements in logistics, budgeting, and overall operations.Who We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, program coordination, or related fields (e.g., nonprofit, education, event planning, international programs).A Bachelor’s degree.Proven success in:Managing complex logistics and operations with keen attention to detail.Budgeting and financial tracking, using tools like Bill.com and CRM systems.Building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service.Solving problems and addressing challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.Additional Skills and Qualities:Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working with organizational tools and software.Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.Hebrew language skills are a plus, but not required.What You’ll Receive:Competitive salary: $50,000 - $58,000 annually.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, generous vacation/sick time, and parental leave.Opportunities for professional development, mentoring, and skill-building.Travel regionally and abroad.- #
