Provide hands-on clinical leadership and mentorship to veterinary staff
Guide and uphold high standards of patient care and client service
Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures
Interpret diagnostics and develop effective treatment plans
Promote a positive and collaborative clinic culture
Maintain regulatory compliance and best medical practices
Ideal Candidate Profile
DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Michigan
Proven experience in clinical veterinary medicine and team leadership
Skilled in diagnostics, surgery, and client communication
Passion for team development and patient-centered care
Physically able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs as needed
