You will oversee in-state operations, managing multiple departments and a diverse team of staff to deliver high-quality youth sports programming. You will work alongside a collaborative
Home Office Team of Directors
to plan and prepare for upcoming seasons. Once the strategy is set, you are responsible for the
in-state execution , ensuring that all departments—from marketing and recruitment to logistics and game-day safety—function as a cohesive unit. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the Home Office Director team to organize, plan, and prepare upcoming sports programs and seasonal calendars. Regional Oversight:
Manage full-scale in-state operations, ensuring all programs meet brand standards and financial goals. Departmental Leadership:
Oversee multiple internal departments, including Marketing, Coach Recruitment, and Customer Service. Staff Management:
Direct, train, and mentor a team of part-time staff and volunteer coaches, fostering a culture of accountability and positivity. Logistics & Execution:
Manage rosters, facility permits, and equipment logistics, including the transport and setup of game-day trailers. Performance Tracking:
Report on regional KPIs to the Area Developer and Home Office, identifying opportunities for program growth. Qualifications & Requirements
Leadership Experience:
Proven track record in operations management or staff leadership (experience overseeing multiple departments is a plus). Collaborative Mindset:
Ability to work effectively with a remote Home Office team while maintaining high-level independent productivity. Logistical Prowess:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and regional resources. Requirements:
Must have a
valid driver’s license and a vehicle capable of towing a cargo trailer . Must pass a National Criminal Background Check. Ability to work a
flexible full-time schedule , including weekends and evenings during active seasons.
Communication:
Superior verbal and written communication skills for interacting with directors, staff, and the community.
