Security Directors

to provide overall leadership, responsibility, and accountability for security operations. The Security Director is responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of all security activities, ensuring personnel readiness, operational discipline, and the effective employment of equipment and resources in support of mission objectives.

This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven background in large-scale operations, force protection, and personnel management in complex or austere environments.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain overall responsibility and accountability for all security operations

Ensure compliance with UG Solutions policies, procedures, and operational standards

Plan, direct, and supervise all security activities, issuing clear guidance and intent

Establish and manage operational schedules, shift rotations, and personnel movements using reverse planning methodologies

Monitor and maintain morale, discipline, health, and welfare of security personnel

Supervise the resupply, accountability, and readiness of security equipment and materials

Maintain a visible leadership presence at security sites and headquarters locations

Ensure force protection measures and casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) plans are developed, rehearsed, and maintained

Oversee, mentor, and supervise subordinate leaders and security personnel

Conduct counseling, corrective action, and termination counseling as required

Required Qualifications

Prior military service with senior non-commissioned or commissioned officer leadership experience, to include one or more of the following:

E-8 or above (1SG, SCPO, SGM, Operations SGM, CSM, CMC)

Special Forces Team Leader (O-3 or O-4)

Company or Battalion Command positions

Team Leader in a Special Mission Unit

Ranger Platoon Sergeant

Extensive experience leading personnel in high-risk, operational environments

Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex security operations

Strong leadership presence with the ability to enforce standards and maintain discipline

Experience managing personnel readiness, equipment accountability, and operational reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in private security, contracting, or deployed advisory roles

Proven ability to operate independently while coordinating with senior leadership

Mission-first mindset with a focus on contractor care and operational excellence
