About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Access to lead client-direct sales efforts in securing multi-year sponsorships, with a focus on the technology sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing high-level client relationships across top brands and sports marketing agencies. This role involves articulating the value proposition, leading presales work, and acting as the subject matter lead for the technology sector to develop compelling partnership narratives. The VP, Access will also be accountable for meeting individual and team sales goals, and will work closely with the Enterprise teams to create bespoke partnerships for clients.

Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 8 years' experience in business development, and a proven track record in sales, particularly within the technology sector. Strong presales and consultative selling experience, as well as the ability to align complex offerings with marketing and sponsorship opportunities, are essential. The role requires superior presentation skills, the ability to generate revenue from various sources, and a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in team sponsorship and sports arena sales is a plus, and a strong interest in the sports industry and sponsorship sales is necessary. The VP, Access will be expected to travel occasionally and must be adept at using CRM and revenue generation systems.
