We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Part‑Time Seasonal Event Associate to join our team for the upcoming seasons. Help families and guests create memories at the farm season by season.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an on‑site point of contact for school field trips, corporate events, and group bookings
Assist with group check‑in, orientation, scheduling, and flow throughout the farm
Provide clear instructions and supervision for children and groups during activities
Support activity stations, hayrides, attractions, and educational programming as needed
Coordinate closely with Guest Experience, Activities, and F&B teams to ensure smooth event execution
Monitor guest safety, behavior, and adherence to farm rules
Help reset spaces and prepare areas before and after events
Communicate professionally with teachers, chaperones, parents, and corporate hosts
Step in to de‑escalate issues calmly and appropriately when needed
Preferred Background & Qualifications
Adult applicants strongly preferred
Prior experience in education, teaching, daycare, childcare, youth programs, camps, or event coordination
Comfortable managing and supervising groups of children and adults
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Calm, organized, and dependable under pressure
Ability to take direction while also working independently
Comfortable working outdoors in a farm environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Schedule & Seasonality
Primarily weekdays (field trips), with select weekends for corporate or private events
Seasonal role aligned with festival seasons and group‑booking demand
Flexible scheduling based on event calendar
